We have been bringing our Labs Anna & Chase in for their grooming for almost 5 years. When Anna was a pup she had a bad experience at a local chain groomers & when I visited your facility your staff was wonderful in allowing me to tour your facility & I must say it's immaculate. I explained the problem Anna had at the other place & with your staffs patience & understanding she has been able to overcome the other experience.
